sustain pedal hides the sound

I have the next issue with Cubase 9,5. As I insert a control change sustain (CC64) the sound of the instrument (piano) disappears. Anyone knows why?

Double-check all remote controllers in Studio > Studio Setup, please. Make sure no MIDI device is used for any Remote Controller, or Sustain Pedal is not assigned to any action.
