Swapping time formats - not able as keyboard shortcut

Hello,

So far, I had the Swap-time-format function on a keyboard shortcut. This isn’t responding anymore in new 8.5 projects. With older 8.030 projects however this still works when they are opened it 8.5.

I already tried re-starting Cubase, deleting and remapping to another key. With no success.
