I recently had to rebuild my system due to hard drive failure. I replaced the system drive, data drive and I reinstalled Windows 7 (64). I ma now reinstalling various programs. This my be a total newbie question, but before I plug in my USB eLicenser, do I have to install the elicense software? (I don’t want to format it by mistake.) If so, where do I download from? I then assume I have to re-download Cubase 6.5, Halion, Sequel, etc.
