"Tape-Machine Style" Monitoring for MIDI/Instrument Tracks in Cubase 14?

I have Cubase 10.5 and it does not allow Tape-Machine style monitoring for MIDI or instrument tracks…
Although Google AI confirms it, can anyone can verify that this feature is in the latest version? (Before I spend the money on upgrading)
