Technical Ticket Reply

Has anyone the faintest idea how to get a reply from the Technical Team for Ticket Nos. ID# 154955 & ID# 162034? You’ll also have seen my problem of no input from MOTU828x to Nuendo8.3.15.: plenty of visits and no solutions! Aahhrrgggg!! Surely someone’s back from the holidays by now.

My understanding is that as a matter of course, support do not follow the forums

They used to respond very quickly. I had a ticket last year that took weeks to reply.
