During loading of the Teleporter demo Cubase 6.5 crashes. It is reported more then once but no answer from Cubase support so far? What is the solution?

What is Teleporter?
If you mean FX-Teleport then you need to request support from FX-Max.
No i mean the download Teleporter demo from the Cubase download page. it doesnt work, many people encountered this problem of crashing during the loading of it.

HI GUYS,
Since I updated to Cubase 6.5.3 my DAW keeping crashing. I not even able to open the Teleporter Project Demo.
It give a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime ERROR.
Any advice?
By the way, I have updaded all softwares to lasted version - Windows, Cubase, eLicenser, Retrologue and Padshop.
