I’m having a strange issue with my Cubase 14 update where my templates won’t show up in the opening Hub window.
This is after I copied my Cubase 13 Project template folder to the Cubase 14 Project Template folder.
I also tried opening the project and then selecting - save as template in Cubase 14, and it still won’t show in my opening window…
Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
second this, It’s like random issue. But I overwrite the save template seems help for now.

did you download and install the update without Steinberg Download Assistant? If Yes, this error occures because the latest mediabay Version 1.2.40 is not automatically installed.
You also need to download and install the latest MediaBay_Installer and all the factory templates and all the user templates will be shown in the Cubase Hub again.
Similar issue here. Hub / Projects / More/. Only shows my first, second, and last user project template of the 5 user presets listed in my presets folder.
I can load my template straight from the project template folder, and resave, but it still does’t populate over to the hub/more tab.
I’m thinking it might be better to bypass using the hub for now for template management.
Cubase Pro 14.0.02 installed from latest version Steinberg Download assistant.
