Hello, can you create templates on iPad or import from desktop?

are you talking about Project templates or Page templates?
Project templates you can do on an iPad: start a new project by using/“recycling” a specific project file, that you have set up to your wishes.
Page Templates: as far as I know, on the iPad version you can’t apply Page templates in Engrave Mode, so your only choice is to do this kind of editing on a desktop computer and open that project on your iPad.
