Tempo: convert ramp to nodes for Time warp

You can’t use the time warp tool when there are ramps in the tempo.

The only way to do this now is to export the tempo as midi (which converts to nodes) and re-import it.

I would like a “convert ramps to nodes?” option when switching to time warp or, better still, the ability to do time warp when there are ramps.

I think a request for having it work with ramps would be the better one…
