Currently I’m writing for Transient Canvas, and as part of their style guide they are requesting (since they read off shared score rather than parts on iPads) that tempo markings such as gradual changes or indicated tempo markings appear in both instruments on the score for sake of convenience when reading. Does anyone know how to make that happen in Dorico? I can’t find an engraving rule to override right now nor can I force it to have a second marking appear on the second Player naturally.
You can tell Dorico to put system objects for each type of instrument, e.g. brass, ww, perc. Go to Layout Options > Staves and Systems > System Objects.
