Is there a way to display tempo with decimals in Dorico? When I do so, Dorico rounds the decimals to the closest integer.

IIRC that is not possible yet but is on the roadmap for the future.
Apparently I am behind the curve here. 
(Consider me decimated.)
Also if you import a tempo track from a MIDI file, Dorico will preserve exactly the original tempo so that it will stay in sync. The display option above controls how it is shown in the score, but the exact value is stored in the tempo track.
