Tenor_8 clef overrides

I’m using clef overrides so that my vocal parts have treble/bass clefs in the score, but C clefs in the parts so that I can compare them to the partbooks more quickly. This is really useful, but I can’t figure out how to set up the tenor part correctly. I have Treble Clef 8 Below in the score with the first pitch on D in the staff (9th above middle C), so using normal Tenor clef in the part makes everything an octave higher than it should be. I then tried Tenor Clef 8 Below in the part, but the pitches don’t change. It seems as that clef does not actually function correctly?

Ah, thanks! So for my specific situation, I needed tenor “as written,” “Respect Octave Indicator,” and then I can use the Treble 8vb clef in the score and tenor clef in the part.

Yes. It is also possible to use a clef that changes between Concert and Transposing pitch views in the same layout!
