I didn’t bother with melodyne, but with fosfat, you need to click the redeem button on the vouchers’ page, then enter the code at the special page that opens up in your browser.
The code is neither for the generic “redeem” page at Klevgrand’s site, NOR is it the actual serial number of Fosfat.
Will try that thanks
Yep, that’s where I went wrong ( going to their websites instead of through ‘Redeem’)
All good now, thank you again
Still cannot log in to Klevgrand, the ‘let me in button’ does nothing in Chrome or Edge.
The only thing that comes to mind is, did you activate your account when you registered? They send a mail, you click the button, and then you’re free to log in with your credentials.
Maybe check your spam folder too?
Personally I have activated pop guitars 2 and colours vintage synth (Steinberg licensing) but I hesitate to activate Polymax because of its Ilock protection which seems quite restrictive.
I already have a UA account will polymax just become part of my existing licenses?
I don’t really know, but it’s fairly logical to assume so, right?
It was a strange one, I already had an account with KVG but for some reason I could only log in by using a different email and changing the password. After that I got a welcome back screen and bingo. All sorted now thanks for the suggestions!
Polymax just syncs with your UAD account
I can’t use the pop guitar 2 sound set. Has a no entry / stop sign next to every file.
Anyone having the same issue?
This is because it is not activated. Run Steinberg Activation Manager, and see if you can spot it in the list of your products. Chances are that once it refreshes it will automatically activate it for you. But if it doesn’t just click the Activate button next to it.
Thanks fot that…I thought it activated automatically.
Hi Adrian / @Adey,
Steinberg Activation Manager (SAM) does this only, if the related switch has been set to ON before starting the utility:
Best Regards,
