Has been driving me nuts. Very aggravating.
It’s not a bug, I guess it’s a feature, but this 90 second video explains the easy workaround:
You’ll have to do that once for each thing…once for Midi Inserts,
once for Edit Channel Settings,
etc,
but that’s simple enough to do as it comes up. There aren’t that many things you need to do it for.
Is for version 6.5 of Cubase, but works on 5.1.
