The arranger track disappears after flattening an arranger chain-is this normal?

Is there any way to keep the arranger track, after flattening out The arranger track.

Currently after you flatten out an arranger chain, the new project Ireys is the arranger track. I would expect normal behaviour to be such that the arranger track remains but is also flattened out in the order of the arranger chain?

If you press edit on arranger track and at the window it open you can press “Keep Arranger Track” so it will be there after flattening the chain.
