Can anyone help me with figuring out the issue with the soft e-licenser. I am getting the trial version of Cubase 9 before I buy the full version and I want my computer hard drive to act as the e-licenser. I’ve registered it with cubase and I have updated to the latest e-licenser software on my PC windows 7 computer. When I put in the activation code into the e-licenser and I select to move on it takes me to the screen and on the left there is the soft license but it is faded and there is a red x going through it.

You can store Cubase Elements 9 (Trial) to the Soft-eLicenser only. You cannot store Cubase Pro (Trial) here. What Cubase derivative did you download?
