The Grand 3 - No License Found

I have recently bought a new PC and upgraded to Cubase 15 Pro so I don’t need the old eLicenser dongle. However, I have a licensed version of The Grand and I’ve reinstalled it on my new PC but I’m getting this message:

However, if I then switch to Activation Manager there doesn’t appear to be any way to activate this VST.

I know it’s old, but I quite like The Grand and in any case, I’ve paid for it so I should be able to use it!

I’ve read elsewhere that I can upgrade to the latest version of The Grand but in the forum post the link to the upgrade was broken. Can anyone help please?

Thanks

It looks like you installed a release of The Grand that requires the new Steinberg Licensing and you previously had a version using the old eLicenser.

Have you checked your Steinberg profile for a voucher that allows you to update your license to the Steinberg Licenseing?

If you haven’t got a voucher try to contact Steinberg Support and ask for it.

Thanks Juergen. I’ve raised a helpdesk ticket as the Steinberg licensing model is giving me a migraine!
