The Orchestral Colors

Hi

I am trying to understand this, but don’t. What is the definition of Lowest, Lowest2, etc.? Played around, keyboard colors start to change, or not. But no clue how this works. Why no definition, like Lowest is C1-C3 or whatever? Why is the wording so vague? Somebody could explain better?

Thanks

After a cursory examination the only thing I can find… If you assign those choices to random slots and then open the mixer window (within the instrument) you can get an idea of what sections are reacting to your input. As far as it making any definitive sense, I cannot find it.

Thank you Easto. Will investigate later more into it. But good to know I am not alone

Let’s say, you want to play string chords witch choir following only the top note to sing a melody. Set the Choir to “top”. Strings will play all notes, Choir only the top one. Or you want to play Celli only on the lowest note, etc…

Dom Sigalas as always  (around 7:20) https://youtu.be/OKiszbNvWH0?si=sL0FT49A8pRv4hM5&t=440

Thanks unions8, already watched this. But will check it out again. Nevertheless the description could be more exact in my opinion.
