The project file size grown to 85,523KB

Hey guys,
is it your case: after you have made some volume automation for couples of audio tracks and some midi data drawing, the project file size grow bigger and bigger, now it grown to 85,523KB and it takes 30 seconds every time you save your work? I feel annoying for this. How to make the file size lighter or reduce the saving project time?

There is a preference setting that reduces the number of automation points automatically. It could help make the file a little smaller. Of course, if you are trying to draw very precise and varying automation, it may not be possible.
