I bought a boxed version of Cubase 14 Pro from a local dealer, but when I opened the box and entered the activation code on the card, it told me that the activation code had already been used. I am sure that I entered the activation code correctly and the box is original and unopened.
I contacted Cubase support and they said they couldn’t handle it and told me to contact the German headquarters and gave me an email address: info@steinberg.de
But I still haven’t received a response. Today is the 5th day and I am very anxious.
So has anyone really received a response from info@steinberg.de?
