The right-click toolbox does not appear in certain situations

When I drag an audio file from the Media Rack and drop it onto the track list
to create a new audio track, right-clicking on that new track/event no longer
brings up the standard right-click toolbox. Instead, the context menu that
normally appears when right-clicking inside the Media Rack is shown.

I found that left-clicking twice on the timeline after the
drag-and-drop restores the normal right-click toolbox behavior. This makes me suspect that the Media Rack hit-test / focus state
is not being cleared after the drag-and-drop completes, and something
about the two clicks on the timeline is what actually resets it. I would
guess this is a bug rather than intended behavior, but I would appreciate
confirmation.

For what it’s worth, I believe this exact interaction has existed since Cubase 14, but I did not notice it at the time. In Cubase 14 the right-click toolbox was less usable for me (Time Stretch and similar tools required a long-press), so I had switched to using the top toolbar instead. A recent Cubase 15 update improved the right-click toolbox, I went back to using it, and that is when this issue surfaced for me. In Cubase 12 and earlier, to my recollection, both the right-click toolbox and Media Rack drag-and-drop behaved without this conflict.
