I send a Reverb to the vocal from the send channel, but it drowned out the sound. I checked everything, tried different tricks, but it didn’t work out. I think the problem is not related to the plugin.
Reduce the level of the Send control.
You meant that you used a send to send from vocal track to reverb FX track, right?
Either just turn down send level like Raino wrote, or turn down the output fader of the FX track.
Or maybe the reverb tail is too long
A 10 second reverb on a vocal will sound very different than a 2second one. Same with Plate vs Chamber vs Hall etc.
