The upgrade Cubase 10.5 purchase problem

Hi everybody. I have a problem buying Cubase 10.5 update.
I go to my “my steinberg” without any problems.
I see my previous purchase, Cubase Pro 9.5. I’m processing an update to 10.5 on site. But at registration it is impossible to buy.
I checked the card and bank. all is well with them.
I receive such a notification in the mail from steinberg:
« This e-Mail is a confirmation of your registration.
Please use the following login details to complete future orders.»
and then Customer number,
login and password.
What should I do with this? I am already registered in “my steinberg”.
Has anyone had such a problem?

The Steinberg shop is split from the MySteinberg account. So now you have created an account in the shop. Just go ahead with these credentials.

Issue upgrading from elements 10.0 to elements artist 10.0. Purchased boxed up-grade from al 6 or higher. Transferred existing license to the steinberg usb, got my activation code.Pasted e-mailed license code into the license manager. I same error code come up. Unable to find upgrade able license. The license in my steinberg account show the status as being on yet activated yet.
Any help will be much appreciated.

If you own Cubase Elements license, you have to upgrade from Cubase Elements not from Cubase AI, as you described.
