The voice is faded on the attack

Hello !
I am brand new to cubase. I started to record my voice but I’ve noticed that it is faded on the attack. Do you know how to cope with that?

Hi,

Most probably, you use any of template or preset. And most probably, there is VSTDynamic plug-in, where is Gate enabled. Disable it, please.
