This eLicenser cannot be registered because it is no longer active.
I have no idea what to do on the eLicenser is all my licenses and it is just not accepted on MySteinberg.
So I can’t request a new activation code and I can’t use Cubase on my new laptop.
I ask for help.

Please specify which Cubase version you’re using and if you’re using the USB-eLicenser dongle.

If you’re using the USB-eLicenser, did you request Steinberg Zero Downtime in the past? Did you buy an used copy of Cubase?
