This is puzzling me...

Why does the “activate/deactivate” button in the channel/console view actualy bypass the efx instead of activating/deactivating it ? Is this a bug or a feature ?

Cubase mixer inserts state button has always bypassed plugs, not de-activated…it’s preferable as it doesn’t glitch the audio playback as activating de-activating plugs does.

if you click the power button it is bypassed. if you hold alt and click, it is deactivated (slightly darker transparency)

Thus it’s a feature… :sunglasses:
Thanx guys

Visibility problems are big ones on this version.

User A :open_mouth: has no problem (look at his eyes!)
User B :sunglasses: wears sun glasses and doesn’t mind anyway
User C :unamused: tries to follow the onscreen fireworks while mousing over
User D  prefers cutting onions
User E  is going to install tooth reader software

Me :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: :arrow_right: up and away to 6.5 again! See you in 7.5 or so…

Yep, thats true ! But i believe it’s most obvious in the mac world as high res monitors (2560 * 1440) are not that cool. Bought a dell ultrasharp (high res) but quickly sold it as everything was so tiny on the screen, a real pita ! Now back to standard 27" with a standard res (19201080) and everything’s ok !
Anyway, everybody knows that mac suc
s from the bottom to the screen   !
(Yeah ! Let’s start a new mac/pc war ! )
