thumbnail cache is unavailable Windows 7 after the 9.0.30 update

Import a video( I’ve tried all the various formats) everything seems ok the video and audio imports in the pool then add a video track then put the video on the video track then all i get is thumbnail cache is unavailable and the video won’t play

All I ever get is “thumbnail cache is unavailable” and the video doesn’t play. I’ve tried all the various formats I seem to have and nothing seems to work. If you’ve had success I’d love to hear how you did it and please is there a fix .

I’ve similar issue. Who knows how to fix this?

Hi Because the videos i was importing were not 100 compatible with the new video engine so
now i just convert the video to the right encoder H-264 instead of MPEG 4
