Ticket: #254895. Issues activating

I have logged a support ticket but it’s been 10 days now and I have yet to receive a response. Here’s to hoping that a mod sees this and responds.

I am having an issue with reactivating cubase elements 9.5 education. We are apart of a large group of schools that have purchased many licenses from steinberg and to not receive any support is appalling.

The error I am receiving is;
“The Soft-eLicenser stored on this computer doesn’t seem to have been created on this computer. Please contact your software vendor to solve this issue.”

Has anyone else experienced this? E-License number and license key are valid and active in my products area, but error persists.

Anyone able to help?

It seems the Soft-eLicenser Number is not unique. I would recommend to use eLicenser Helper to generate a new Soft-eLicenser Number on the computer.
