I’d like to know if it’s possible to make import a SL Time markers file into Cubase. It seems like something that should be possible, but I can’t find any options. Using SL 10 Pro, in stand alone mode, and CB 12 Pro.

You can export time markers from SpectraLayers, but Cubase doesn’t have options to import time markers.
Sadly, as Robin says above, Cubase (still.!) has no support for handling these ‘Time Marker’ (*.csv) files at all - export or import. However, I think (not sure) that Nuendo can, where arguably its probably even more useful/appropriate…
I know none of this really helps you any, but in the meantime you’ll find Studio One and Reaper are both fully compliant, if you ever find yourself working in those… Or, you simply want to pass on/share your work from inside SL to colleagues who use those other DAW’s for example.
