Time signature numbers smaller

I’m needing to match a pre-existing house style exactly. How would I achieve this?

Changing the point size of the time signature font centers the numbers around the middle staff line, but I want to actually reduce their size.

I tried reducing the size of the glyphs themselves in the font, but Dorico somehow finds a way to align them to the middle staff line (I’m not sure how it knows!).

I have found this Engraving option: Gap between numerator and denominator for time signatures on every staff

You can try to increase this value (default is =0), once you have edited as desired the scale for the glyph size of the TS “4” in Music symbols editor :
