Time stretch / bpm change midi events?

Hi. I have a midi track that I’m working off of and it’s at 70 BPM but I’d like to my project to be in 140 bpm. Is there anyway to time stretch without having to recreate the entire thing in the project bpm?

Make sure that the Track with the MIDI Parts is set to Musical Timebase (which is the default setting for Instrument & MIDI Tracks).

Then change the BPM value in the Transport (or use a Tempo Track to freely vary tempo) and your MIDI will follow along.
