Timeline start in 0

Hi guys. I hope someone can help me.

How do i put the time-line ( ruler ) to start in 0 instead of 1.
You can see this video to see what i means. Thanks

Under the “Project” menu > “Project Setup…” > set “Bar Offset” to “1”
