Tip: Switch tracks to compare them with just one click (mute-unmute)

I thought many times in how to fast mute a track and unmute another to compare them in a mix and it is so simple that I almost feel ashamed :rofl:

1- Mute the tracks that dont want to listen
2- Select the tracks to be compared (the muted and unmuted ones)
3- Assign a key command to this PLE

Pressing the key you switch the muted ones to unmuted and viceversa.

I may be wrong here, but by memory I think with two tracks selected, and one of them muted, you can just hit the letter ‘M’ on your keyboard for the same effect.

right but this is intended for more tracks, anyway I´ve tested your way for more tracks and it works too!
so disregard this post…
