I don’t know how I did this and so far have not found the source of the problem. The title page displays the header for the succeeding pages, which are right. When I switch to engrave mode, the title page shows that the proper tokens are in place. I am perplexed.
You have attached the default template to your first page of the score
Insert a page template change for the first page
And choose first template dor first page only

Go to Layout Options > Page Setup > Flows. There you have Use ‘First’ page template set to Never. Change it to First flow only.
