To which location should I install the project folder and the vst libaries?

Hi,
I am currently setting up my new PC. I wonder where and on which hard disk I should install which files (project folder, VST libaries for BFD3 …) in order to achieve the best possible performance from Cubase 6?
I have 3 hard drives:

  1. 1TB SSD → system hard drive (Windows 10)
  2. 1TB SSD
  3. 4TB HDD
    There is still enough space on all hard drives.

Do you need more information?

I am grateful for every tip.
