Grateful for some help please.
In paragraph styles I have opted for Title to be a certain size and font. The token displays correctly. When I apply a rectangular border OR background colour, the token displays correctly. However when I apply border AND background colour the font changes and shrinks. No page overrides present.

You’re right, and it doesn’t work any better in the latest version of Dorico 5, nor apparently in Dorico 6.2.10. In Dorico 6 there was recently an issue with this type of paragraph style (background colour + border), which has since been fixed, but it was only reported for “normal” text, not for tokens inside frames. The example here uses the same Paragraph Style for a token in the Page Template and for a Staff Text (in D5 the title ends up outside the frame, on the left, in another font).
EDIT: not exactly related to tokens, because I get the same by manually typing a Title in the page template, or directly in the page (with an override).

So I’m not going mad. There are workarounds but this is clearly a software glitch. To manually have to background colour all headings in all parts in the text editor is not a happy solution.
I’m sure the team will have a look at this. After a few tries, it looks that it concerns any text inside a text frame.
