Here is a screenshot of the top panel that disappeared in write mode for some reason. This happened on dorico 4. But I don’t need it, I love the added screen estate!
Sorry if this has been already reported, I could not find anything about it.
It comes back in other modes, it is hidden only in write mode. Perhaps it is related to this button, that doesn’t seem to do anything on my computer:
