Toolbar preset won't save

I have Cubase Pro 13 with the latest updates on a Mac M2 max with the most up-to-date Sonoma.

I have made several toolbar presets (like the one shown in the attached image) and then I save the template, save the settings, and backup the profile manager. But when I open up my template again to start a new song, my toolbar presets aren’t applied anymore. Does anybody know why?

Hi,

This is not stored in the project/template. This is a global settings.

Did you restart Cubase before making the Profile?

Did Cubase crash (silently)?
