Total Steinberg reset of all software?

How do I reset all Steinberg products including all previous databases to absolute 0 without clean machine reinstall?
I have serious problems with missing files, presets and even libraries. HALion Sonic is total mess. Half of presets is missing, including whole libraries.
I don’t have all day fixing these really stupid bugs every day. If this cannot be fixed I will have to ditch Steinberg products.

Did you ever use the Library Manager?

Yes. All libraries are present there but not in HALion Sonic. I deleted HALion Sonic folder under AppData and now they are all back. Presets get deleted out of the blue. Same with libraries. Sometimes they load all in HALion Sonic and sometimes they don’t.

This is ridiculous

PC or MAC?

Single hard disk ( or SSD)?

PC, Windows 11, all Steinberg installations and libraries on the same C:/ SSD disk except for Iconica Opus. Its on secondary SSD disk.

Preferences of Cubase and Nuendo – Steinberg Support
Here is a good resource for settings in Cubase.

if I were you I would start by deleting everything inside the:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Steinberg MediaBay Server
(if you have problems deleting try to kill in task manager Steinberg MediaBay Server - you should also delete .steinberg folders on other drives if you used those in mediabay before)

That might be enough depending on how deep your problems are. This action will reset your mediabay and make Cubase rescan many presets and samples.

Thank you for the tip.
