I just acquired the update to Nuendo 15.
In a YouTube video called “New Features in Nuendo 15 | The Next Evolution in Audio Post,” at minute 5:51, this feature appears that allows, by presets, to give a specific size to the tracks.
I haven’t been able to find how to open this feature. Could you help me?

It´s not about presets for different track sizes, it´s about saving different track-control presets for different purposes like recording, mixing…:
Click on the little wheel to configure your track-control presets:
