Transfer e license from windows to mac Cubase elements 10

Hello,
i would like to transfer my e license of Cubase Elements 10 from windows to mac. software is installed, e-licenser too. i have followed the reactivation instructions from this link.

Unfortunately, the licenser on my mac does not give me a new Soft-eLicenser number and so I can’t get a new activation code. what am I doing wrong?

Install the eLCC Helper, which creates a new Soft-eLicenser Number.
