Hello everyone, last week I accidentally broke my usb elicencer ( dongle ) it still works but I ordered the new “very small” one. It’s just arrived but I’m not sure how to transfer my licence on the broken dongle to this new one ………. ?

To transfer the license from one USB eLicenser to another you simply connect both dongles to the same computer, start the eLicenser Control Center and then drag and drop the licenses from one dongle to the other.
The process is also described in a support document from Steinberg.
Just as in info, are you aware of the planned shutdown of the eLicenser service beginning of next year?
Thanks for that info JuergenP. I do know of the planned shutdown next year but for the time being I’ll plod on with the “dongle”
