working with Spectral Layers often requires microscopic selections. Therefore it’s sometimes inconvinient that the playhead always jumps on top of a given position covering the waveform to some extend in certain cases. An optional slider to adjust transparancy of the playhead or maybe also even give it different colors, would be really cool.!)
Well, you can’t make it actually transparent, but you can change its color: see Preferences dialog > Interface > Colors > Transport Color (although, it might be better to rename it “Playhead Color”). It you change this to dark gray for instance, it becomes less distractive.
