Is It possible to get the Transport-Bar docked under the MIDI editor window like in the Project Windows (I would be nice to have it in mixerconsole also)?

No, this is not possible. You can use the floating Transport Panel (F2), or you can open the MIDI Editor in the Lower Zone of the Project window.
But in MixConsole it’s already possible.
it is possible. click the setup button next to zone buttons. you can click the box to show it but unfortunately it won’t be saved with the project. it would save in previous versions. this has supposedly been reported to steinberg.
