Transport panel not assigned to F2 in Cubase 13

Hi. In my Cubase 13, the transport panel is not assigned to F2 (something else is) and I can’t find how to assign it in Key Commands. I’ve searched for ‘Transport panel’, but there is no such item.

It is in the Transport section of the key commands. In version 13 it still had a different name in the KC dialog, I think it is “Panel”. That got improved in the meantime. In Cubase 15 it is called
