Transpose Audio Track

How do I transpose an audio track (not MIDI instrument track) in Cubase Elements 9? I tried using inserts>pitch shift>pitch correct but that was horrible quality.

Not sure in your version but in Cubase Pro 9 the easiest way is to add a transpose track.

There are several ways. Which works best for you will depend on the specifics of your project & exactly what you want to do. There is an entire chapter in the Ops Manual devoted to the details.

1/ click audio track
2/ on the top in black banner there should be “Transpose”
3/ scroll your mouse up or down on that number
4/ say for example it says 3, that means you have pitched it up 3 semitones etc…
