Transpose dialog window suggestion

Hello,

Wanted to suggest a change in the Write>Transpose window. Interval menu should come before Quality menu. I really think it makes more sense. One usually thinks about the interval first. And one should not have to go back up after selecting an interval in the lower menu.

Hope it makes sense.
