Transpose to root key new feature in Mediabay is greyed out in Cubase 14

I have this small issue.
I can transpose a sample by semitones but not by root key whether the project has a root key or not.
Windows 10, Cubase 14

Hi diego,
the “Transpose to Root Key” functionality is only available if the medium being previewed has a root key stored in its metadata. Hope this helps.

Please tell me, can I somehow tie my loops in automatic mode? Or maybe there are some manufacturing companies that are already suitable for the Cubase transpose by default? Thank you!
