I’ve searched for the topic and found out it’s cause of some viruses that hits d2d1.dll file in windows registry files.
so I tried to fix it manually but there is no way for it because it changes some windows policies that you need it for fixing the problem.
the best way that I found is to reinstall your windows and activate its defender for being safe
Аgree with Martin.Jirsak, some plugins crash this software, especially old ones or converted via jbridge.
In the end I solved this problem by buying a new computer and moving to Cubase 10.5 …
