I am just coming to the end of transcribing Hänsel and Gretel for virtual orchestra, and everything is working extremely well, apart from one issue with trills.
There are some long trills that should just stop, or get taken over by another player.
The issue is that these trill stop early and play as a single sustained upper note. I have tried moving the trill line, and putting turns both before and after the bar line (and thanks for that, the workaround in Sibelius was horrendous!), but to no effect. I have also experimented with trill speeds in the playback options. All to no avail.
I am using Dorico 3 and NotePerformer 3.
Is there something else I could try?
